Please do not use the AUS warranty website or email address – we have moved to a NZ warranty voucher system to benefit our customers. We do need you to send back older warranty items, in line with most warranty providers. Although this requires more resources for us, and hi-tech tracking systems, it ensures that we send the correct parts out to you.
Please note that delays to parts being sent out are due to issues that COVID related. We are in the same post COVID manufacturing and shipping queues as hundreds of thousands of companies. We are doing everything we can to replenish replacement parts for older replacement items, and are sending warranty items out as soon as they arrive. We do ask you to be patient, and understand we are doing all we can at our end here in New Zealand, to get past the ongoing effects of a global pandemic.
