Tupperware the Latitude Way

Banana Cake Ingredients:

  • 125 grams butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 Cup caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 Tspn vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Products Used:

  • Measuring Cups
  • KP Masher
  • Micro Pressure Cooker
  • MicroCook Pitcher
  • Sift N Store
  • KP Beater
  • Medium Spatula

Method:

Melt butter sugar and sugar in the Micro Cook Pitcher in the microwave for 30 second bursts until the butter has melted.

Mash banana with KP masher in the micro pressure cooker, add butter mixture and beat with KP beater until combined. Add egg and again mix to combine. Sift in flour using the sift in store add milk and mix gently. Clean or scrape down edges with your spatula.

Microwave on high for eight minutes, remove and allow the pressure to go down in the cake to cool before turning out. Serve with cream cheese icing and serve with whipped cream.

There are so many uses for the Micro Pressure Cooker from stews (crockpot tender meals in 28 minutes for example).
