Micro Pressure Cooker Fruit Cake

Hi Shelley here, I thought I would share this as I am so amazed by it
Well I have just made the four ingredient Christmas cake in my micro pressure cooker and it’s turned out amazing so quick and easy to do no mess 😍🥰🥰🥰

Ingredients are:
1kg dried fruit mix
2 cups chocolate milk
3/4 to 1 cup of baileys

Instructions:
Soak fruit with the baileys and chocolate milk for 24 hours
Then add your 2 cups of self raising mix all together 🥮

Cooking time:

Microwave on 800 power for 23 minutes, allow to cool and turn out.
