  • What requirements do I have to meet in order to become a Tupperware Consultant?

    Success at Tupperware does not depend on special school education or a specific professional or personal background. At Tupperware, everyone has the chance to start their own small business. Love of the product, product knowledge, communication skills and commitment are of course important in order to be successful in the long term.

Delivery

  • How do I find out about the status of my order? What are your delivery terms?

    Due to the impact of COVID-19, our regular shipping time frame is currently being affected by extra precautions we’ve put in place to protect the health and safety of both you and our team. We thank you for your purchase, and we are sorry if you are still waiting for your order.

    We’re so glad to see so many people supporting the small businesses of our independent Consultants and with a large amount of orders and enquiries coming in every day, it has continued to shift our estimated shipping timeline. We are experiencing extensive delays getting back to all our customers, but we want you to know that we are working on packing and shipping orders as fast as possible, as we also adhere to social distancing restrictions in our warehouse.

     

    Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, please allow 48 hours for scans to show the relevant carriers website. Our carriers are also experiencing delays in delivery. Thank you for your patience during what is a challenging time for all of us and we hope your new Tupperware will make life easier and more delicious, and that you find it was worth the wait.

  • What is your return and replacement policy?

    Tupperware products have been proudly backed by our famous Lifetime and 30 day Q (Quality) Guarantees for more than 50 years, so you can buy with confidence. Please see our Warranty page for full details of how to lodge your claim.

    Tupperware does not offer a change of mind refund. If you need any further assistance your best point of contact is your independent Tupperware Consultant.

  • How often do I need to replace my Tupperware?

    Tupperware® brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Products marked with a Q (Quality Warranty) or G (30-day guarantee) are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects.

  • My item is damaged, broken or not working as it should, do you offer Warranty?

    Yes. Tupperware products have been proudly backed by our famous Lifetime and 30 day Q (Quality) Guarantees for more than 50 years, so you can buy with confidence. Please see our Warranty page for full details on how to lodge your claim. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we are now processing warranty claims once more. We have a significant back log of claims to process and are currently experiencing delays up to 4 weeks. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.
