If you’re looking for a chocolatey treat perfect for Easter celebrations or any time of the year – look no further! These decadent chocolate brownie bites can be made in our regular TupCakes Silicone Form (makes around 6), or for this recipe, we made them in our Mini Muffin Silicone Forms (makes 15).

*(adapted recipe from Alice Perry (consultant)

  • 250 grams Butter (roughly chopped)

  • 1 1/2 cups Caster Sugar

  • 1 1/4 cups Plain Flour

  • 1/8 tsp Baking Powder

  • 3/4 cup Cocoa

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place Silicone Form on a baking tray
  • In your MicroCook Pitcher, place 250g butter (roughly chopped). Cover and melt in microwave
  • Add in sugar, (sift in) flour, baking powder and cocoa. Gently mix
  • Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined (don’t over mix).
  • Spoon mixture into Silicone Form (optionally, add a square of chocolate or a mini easter egg in the middle of the mixture)
  • Bake in the centre or lower shelf of the over for around 20-22 minutes, until just firm
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the Silicone Form
  • Serve how you wish, with vanilla ice cream on the side, or top with melted chocolate – or eat as is
